- Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance, with a strong mechanical background. If you are passionate about working on heavy-duty vehicles and equipment, this opportunity is for you. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on diesel engines, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks
- Diagnose and repair diesel engine issues, such as brake repairs, suspension work, hydraulics, electrical systems, and more
- Conduct inspections to identify worn or damaged parts
- Use schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot problems
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets safety standards Experience
- 3 years experience as a Diesel Mechanic or similar role
- Expertise in Cummins, Detroit, Paccar, and Caterpillar engines is a plus
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work on various systems including brakes, shocks, struts, and electrical components
- Familiarity with equipment repair and maintenance
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics
