Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Mechanic/ Diesel Mechanic to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles and heavy equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will help keep our fleet running smoothly, from passenger cars to industrial machinery, including commercial trucks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced tools and technologies in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence in vehicle and equipment maintenance. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostics tools and schematics to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various vehicles, including cars, trucks, small to medium duty. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on transmissions, brakes (including air brake systems), suspensions, hydraulics, shocks & struts. Fabricate custom parts or repairs using power tools, welding equipment, soldering techniques, and hand tools as needed. Service and repairs Perform alignment checks and repairs to ensure proper vehicle handling and safety standards are met. Assist with tire service, wheel balancing, and suspension adjustments to optimize vehicle performance. Maintain detailed service records and follow manufacturer schematics for complex repairs involving hydraulics, electrical systems, or mechanical assemblies. Support team efforts in heavy lifting operations safely while adhering to all safety protocols. Experience Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive repair and Diesel repairs. Familiarity with diesel engine repair, transmission overhaul, air brake systems, HVAC servicing, shocks & struts replacement, tire service, and general vehicle maintenance. Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently while performing repairs or assembly tasks. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues quickly. Customer service experience is a plus for communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs or maintenance needs. Join us if you're passionate about keeping vehicles running smoothly!
