Responsibilities include:
Perform preventive maintenance inspections and scheduled services Diagnose and repair medium- and heavy-duty diesel trucks, trailers, and commercial equipment Troubleshoot engine, electrical, air, hydraulic, suspension, and brake systems using advanced diagnostic equipment Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Identify potential issues before they become costly breakdowns Accurately document repairs and inspections Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Work closely with a team committed to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction Who We're Looking For We're seeking technicians who are: Passionate about solving mechanical problems Driven to continue learning and growing Dependable, accountable, and safety-minded Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Team players who take pride in quality craftsmanship Looking for a long-term career—not just another shop Qualifications Preferred qualifications include: Experience working on diesel engines, fleet vehicles, heavy equipment, trailers, or commercial trucks Medium- or heavy-duty diesel repair experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills Experience using electronic diagnostic software and equipment Ability to perform preventive maintenance and major mechanical repairs Valid driver's license CDL is a plus but not required ASE certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain) Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay + Performance Incentives We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: Health Insurance (50% Company-Paid Single Coverage) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Ongoing OEM & Technical Training Technician Growth Program Career Advancement Opportunities Build More Than Trucks.
