We have a fleet of 150 top of the line units. We are currently looking for a Diesel Mechanic to join our fast-growing maintenance team! Our employees enjoy benefits such as, but not limited to: Medical Benefits Life Insurance 401k Matching Paid Time Off (PTO) Vacation Pay Holiday Pay Bereavement Leave As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for: Performing vehicle maintenance to Transmaquila, Inc. fleet Communicating professionally with customers, team members, and supervisors Diagnosing all phases of vehicle and equipment repair Working with all vehicle components include engine, driveline, electrical, brakes, suspension, steering, exhaust, cab, chassis, and hydraulics Ensuring work orders are completed accurately Evaluating completed work prior to release Performing road calls and emergency services as necessary Moving vehicles safely between job and work area Managing parts inventory Properly using of state of the art paperless maintenance system Requirements Previous diesel vehicle maintenance & repair experience Valid driver's license Appropriate mechanic's tool set Pre-employment background check and drug screen required Payrate depending on experience.
