Job Description

Be the certified backbone of a growing fleet operation — diesel expertise plus the inspection authority that keeps us legal, in the field and in the shop. About Hermont Hermont is a Canadian fleet maintenance company expanding into Texas. We keep commercial delivery vehicles safe, compliant, and on the road for national last-mile delivery operations — handling preventive maintenance, DOT inspections, and mobile repair so their fleets are ready to run every single day. San Antonio is one of our first Texas markets, with Austin close behind — so the people we bring on now get in at the ground floor of our U.S. growth, with room to grow as we do. The role This is our senior technician role, and it works both ways: out in the field in a company-provided service vehicle keeping our diesel step vans and delivery trucks running, and in our central shop handling heavier repairs and the inspections that keep us compliant. You'll perform

You'll work overnight and be a go-to for complex diagnostics. What you'll do Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on diesel and heavier commercial vehicles (step vans, delivery trucks), both on-site (mobile) and in the shop Drive a company-provided service vehicle to our hubs to service vehicles in the field Conduct
