Alignment Technician/ Diesel Mechanic - Heavy Duty Truck & Trailer CenTex Frame & Alignment LLC - Waxahachie, TX CenTex Frame & Alignment LLC is a second-generation, family-owned heavy-duty truck and trailer repair facility specializing in frame repair, wheel alignments, suspension repair, axle correction, and preventative maintenance for commercial vehicles. We perform precision alignments using laser alignment equipment and traditional alignment methods , providing accurate results and real-world expertise that comes from years of hands-on experience. We are looking for a motivated and dependable Alignment Technician/ Mechanic to join our growing team. We would like to find an individual with experience in this industry, and who has their own tools. Training on alignments can be provided as well. Responsibilities Perform precision wheel alignments on commercial vehicles, trailers, and equipment using laser alignment equipment Inspect steering and suspension components for wear or damage Diagnose alignment-related tire wear, pulling, and handling issues Measure and adjust axle alignment, thrust angles, camber, caster, and suspension Assist with suspension repairs, kingpins, bushings, torque rods, and related components Complete work orders accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications Experience performing heavy-duty truck and trailer alignments preferred Experience with laser alignment systems and manual alignment procedures is a plus Mechanical experience in commercial truck repair preferred Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to read measurements and make precise adjustments Reliable attendance and strong work ethic What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, steady work Opportunities for advancement and continued training Family-oriented work environment Specialized alignment and frame repair equipment Work alongside experienced technicians in a growing company Apply today and become part of the CenTex Frame & Alignment team.
