We are passionate about diesel repair and maintenance, and we treat our customers like family. We are seeking an experienced and dependable Diesel Mechanic to join our growing team. This role requires a strong background in diesel diagnostics, repair, and maintenance. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who takes pride in their work, values efficiency and accuracy, and is committed to delivering high-quality results. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair diesel engines, including Cummins, Power Stroke, and Duramax platforms Perform routine maintenance services (oil changes, filters, brakes, suspension, etc.) Troubleshoot electrical, fuel, and emissions systems Use diagnostic tools and software to identify mechanical issues Complete repairs accurately and in a timely manner Communicate effectively with service writers and team members regarding repair status Maintain detailed records of work performed Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards Keep work area clean, organized, and safe Stay current with industry trends and evolving diesel technology Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of diesel mechanic experience (preferred) Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience with diesel engines (light-duty and/or heavy-duty) Familiarity with diagnostic software and tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic and attention to detail Valid driver's license (required) ASE certifications (preferred but not required) Why Join Us?
