Let's be honest Most shops don't deserve you. You show up, do quality work, and somewhere along the way you realize the guy running the place doesn't actually know what you do or care. You're a number on a labor report. That's not us. Field Diesel Technician | T&T Repair | Ogden, UT $28-$35/hr | Take-Home Truck | Weekly Performance Bonuses Here's what the job actually looks like: We're T&T Repair out of Logan, Utah and we're expanding into Ogden. We're looking for the right tech to help us plant our flag in a new market and grow something real on the ground floor. You'll roll out in your own company truck stocked, equipped, and ready. Dispatched to job sites, truck stops, and fleet yards across the area. You diagnose it, fix it, keep fleets moving. You're not out there alone. Our shop foreman Cameron and the rest of the team are always a call away parts support, technical backup, whatever you need. We set our techs up to win in the field, not figure it out by themselves.
What we need from you:
3+ years on commercial trucks and trailers Strong diagnostic skills, you find the real problem, not just the easy answer Clean driving record, valid license (CDL a plus) You show up, you communicate, you take pride in the work Certs are nice. Character matters more.
