What You'll Do Perform preventative maintenance on various vehicles and equipment, including trucks, trailers, and electronic components Complete oil changes, fluid services, tire repairs, and inspections Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and air system issues within your skill level Use diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot problems Identify potential issues before they become breakdowns Keep accurate maintenance records Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop Work closely with fellow technicians, foremen, and the Maintenance Director Help us achieve our goal of Zero Breakdowns What We're Looking For Motivated and versatile automotive maintenance technician Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Previous diesel or automotive maintenance experience preferred Experience using hand tools and diagnostic equipment Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Standing, reaching, stretching, stooping, bending, kneeling, climbing and twisting Able to lift 110 Ibs. to waist level to handle duties such as brake drums, etc. Able to lift 75 lbs. above chest level Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus, but not required) Why Join Parke Cox Trucking?
