The company services commercial operators, fleets, construction companies, logistics providers, and owner-operators through in-shop repair, field service, diagnostics, maintenance, and emergency roadside support.

Position Overview The Heavy Diesel Shop Mechanic is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, servicing, inspecting, and documenting commercial diesel truck and equipment repairs in accordance with company standards, manufacturer procedures, operational workflow requirements, and safety standards. This position operates in a production-based environment focused on repair accuracy, efficiency, accountability, and operational urgency. The role requires an individual capable of performing diagnostics, major mechanical repair, preventative maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and repair verification while maintaining production standards and minimizing downtime. Technicians are expected to operate efficiently, maintain repair quality, prevent comebacks, and support long-term customer retention through accurate and professional work. This is an in-shop production position and does not include roadside service responsibilities.
