Responsibilities of Diesel Technician:
This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on heavy-duty diesel trucks and commercial trailers Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, engine, DPF, emissions, brake, suspension, steering, and drivetrain issues; performing engine diagnostics; completing preventative maintenance; and repairing fleet vehicles Additional duties include performing basic repairs such as brakes, tires, oil changes, and general fleet maintenance Work is performed in a shop environment servicing Class 8 tractors, dry van trailers, refrigerated trailers, and other commercial fleet equipment As a diesel technician you will work in a clean safe environment Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
