Position Summary Responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the Feed Hauling truck fleet in Broadway . Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and inspections on poultry feed trucks to ensure they are in optimal working condition. Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, engine, transmission, brake, steering, suspension, and drivetrain systems Handle tire replacement, welding, fabrication, and body repairs is a plus Maintain and repair hydraulic systems, conveyor belts, and other specialized equipment used in feed trucks. Collaborate with the operations team to schedule repairs and minimize disruptions to feed delivery schedules. Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs performed. Conduct road tests and ensure vehicles meet safety and state inspection standards Perform trailer, fifth wheel, and conveyor belt maintenance Maintain shop cleanliness, assist with snow removal, and follow all safety procedures Requirements Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and heavy vehicle mechanics. Ability to work independently with strong attendance and safety awareness Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively. Exposure to loud noise. Frequent bending, lifting and twisting Candidate must be dependable and this should be demonstrated by past work history. Education & Certifications (Preferred) High school diploma or GED Vocational training in mechanics is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., ASE certification) may be required. Experience 2 year of relevant experience preferred
