Job Description

Pacific Topsoils is looking for experienced Diesel Mechanics at our Everett location. Our company currently has 50 heavy haul trucks. Responsibilities for this position range from preventative maintenance to diagnosing and repairing diesel engines. Must have at least one year of experience working as a Diesel Mechanic. Ideally the candidate would have experience/knowledge working on Kenworth trucks, and Cummins engines.
Job Duties & Expectations:
Diagnose varying equipment issues or failures on heavy duty trucks and trailers Perform various levels of preventive maintenance on heavy duty trucks and trailers Repair and troubleshoot components such as engine, differentials, transmissions, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, fuel systems, air conditioning systems, tarp systems, and suspension systems. Ability to adhere to company policies, and safety standards Ability to communicate with Manager through verbal and written methods to report diagnosis, and assure repairs are completed correctly. Ability to work and communicate professionally with other colleagues and vendors Ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment while maintaining quality Ability to lift, push or pull 50+ lbs., work while standing, crouching, kneeling, climbing ladders and working above shoulder level. Must be able to occasionally work in outside elements
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience Diesel Truck Diagnosis and Repair (Minimum of 1 year)
Valid Driver's License Work Remotely No Job Type:

$40.00 - $50.00 per hour
