Experience to join our team in Puyallup , WA . This role focuses primarily on the maintenance and repair of diesel and material handling equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently.Pay & Schedule Pay:

- Vacation, holidays, and sick time✔ Boot Allowance & Safety Gear Reimbursement ✔ Training Through Amerit University ✔ ASE Certification Reimbursement & Bonuses ✔ Employee Referral Bonuses (Up to $500) ✔ Career Advancement Opportunities Nationwide What You'll Do Perform preventive maintenance and timely repairs on material handling equipment, including forklifts, stand-up lifts, walk-behind lifts, pallet jacks, and similar units Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and related systems on Heavy Duty Material Handling and Ground Support Equipment Conduct diesel engine diagnostics, brake repairs, tire service, A/C repairs, and scheduled PM services on material handling equipment Ensure all equipment meets safety and compliance standards Accurately document repairs and complete work orders Maintain a clean and organized work area, including your tools and equipment Follow all safety procedures and company policies Collaborate with supervisors and team members to minimize equipment downtime What We're Looking For 4+ years' of hands-on experience in diesel and material handling equipment maintenance and repair Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills on diesel engines, brakes, tires, A/C systems, and MHE Solid working knowledge of material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, and similar units) Valid driver's license is a MUST Ability to own and maintain the personal tools and toolbox required for the role Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Willingness and ability to meet the physical demands of the position (detailed below) Ability to successfully pass a DOT physical if required for the role Working Conditions This role involves working in a mobile and or shop environment that may include exposure to dust, diesel fumes, noise, and mechanical irritants such as oils and greases.
