2nd Shift Lead Diesel Technician/Foreman Harter's Lakeside Disposal - Oostburg, WI Harter's Lakeside Disposal is seeking a responsible and experienced 2nd Shift Lead Diesel Technician/Foreman to join our growing maintenance team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys mentoring others, and wants to grow with a family-owned company. As a Lead Technician/Foreman, you will be responsible for scheduling, training, and assisting in all repairs and preventative maintenance on our heavy-duty truck fleet. We are continuously expanding, adding new equipment, and looking for individuals who will treat our trucks like their own.
What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and preventative service on equipment Diagnose and analyze mechanical issues Develop and execute repair plans Follow established checklists and repair protocols Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace Track and document maintenance records accurately Ensure all equipment is in proper working condition Manage parts inventory and order as needed Mentor and support team members Follow all safety guidelines and best practices
