certification NETA 3 or 4 certification Ability to read and interpret schematics Understanding of prerequisite testing required prior and post startup of PV power plants such as ground testing, insulation resistance, VLF, Power Factor, breaker timing, relay programming and testing Experience in managing and directing a teamNICET/NETA
