Job Description This poistion will require testing, troubleshooting, calibration, repairs of AC-DC and DC-DC power supplies. Key responsabiliutes will include but not limited to: Perform fault reproduction, troubleshooting, system characterization, and root cause analysis of product issues, while ensuring efficient bug tracking and resolution. Collaborate effectively with engineering and support team members to troubleshoot complex technical issues across a wide range of systems. Deliver comprehensive technical reports to customers detailing findings from product failure investigations. Participate in new product development during the qualification phase for training and ramp-up. Collaborate with the development team on failure analysis and corrective action validation during the qualification phase. Provide expert advice to internal and external customers on corrective actions based on the results of the analysis. Qualifications Minimum of associate's degree in electronic engineering or a related technical discipline. Knowledge of AC-DC and DC-DC power conversion circuit topologies, such as fly-back, forward, boost, buck, and buck-boost converters is highly preffered. Proficiency in using lab equipment for characterization and design of power supplies and systems (oscilloscopes, DMMs, EMI analyzers, loads, sources, etc.). Experience with high voltage systems and firmware debugging is a strong plus. Understanding of analog, mixed-signal, and/or power semiconductor operational characteristics, with the ability to apply fault isolation techniques at both component and board levels. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and across functional departments. A proactive and aggressive attitude, with the ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
