Lead and mentor a team of analog and power management designers, providing technical direction and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Oversee the architecture, modeling, and prototyping of integrated power delivery solutions, ensuring best-in-class efficiency, transient response, power integrity, EMI mitigation, and reliability. Drive requirements gathering, feasibility studies, and design reviews, collaborating closely with packaging, thermal, mechanical, and vendor teams. Develop and implement strategies for on-package, high-density power delivery, leveraging expertise in PMIC, IVR, switching power converters, LDOs, and advanced power devices. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders and represent the team in executive and customer meetings. Main Requirements and Qualifications Master's degree in Electrical Engineering. 15+ years of experience in
