Power Washing & Treatments Technician

Employment Description, (Power Washing Technician) Aqua Pro Power Washers, Inc. in Glenview IL. is growing and is now hiring ambitious Long-Seasonal workers (March - November) "who can afford" to be part-time while building their position for advancement. Aqua Pro contracts business around your skill level. We have exorbitant amounts business and not enough skilled workers. Do you prefer to be hands-on and out-doors at work? If yes, then we are looking for versatile responsible persons that can interact with clients' professionally, respectfully, independently and also handle physical and technical labor. You should be physically fit and able to handle a 40-foot ladder at times and not be averse to getting wet or dirty. This individual would benefit with a background in painting, maintenance and or carpentry etc., but with those skills it still would mean training and specializing in a slightly different field. (i.e. Learning the skill of "Technical Pattern Power Washing "for multiple-surface-structures and applying various protective & beautifying treatments) … attention to detail is required. We will train, but experience is a plus! Experience and efficiency = higher pay. (Manager Advancement Potential)•If you have leadership skills, then mastering the physical aspects of this job will encourage the management of a crew of your own and can lead to earning sales commissions if your aptitude demonstrates the ability to book new business. •The individual will need to be able to pass a 10-year background check & have references.

ABILITIES WILL BE

Physically fit to work 8-10 hrs. power washing in any weather & treating outdoor surfaces. Working as a team with your peers. Leading by example. Reading contracts and executing them correctly. Addressing and maintaining rapport with clients in a professional manner. Overcoming obstacles to get the job done right and on time. Taking full responsibility for job quality each time. Taking the time to gear-up properly for the task at hand. Knowing how to use, set-up and maintain High Output Power Washing Equipment. Understanding that how we all win and progress, is by professionally completing the contract for the client at hand first and foremost. Knowing various treatment types, applications and protective measures. Lifting & or pulling up to 50 to 75 pounds at times.
