City Center Campus Position expected to begin on or after July 1, 2026 Overview /Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Electric Power Generation Instructor to deliver high-quality instruction in diagnostic, repair, and maintenance practices for power generation systems. This 12-month faculty position is responsible for classroom, laboratory, and hands-on instruction aligned with industry standards, workforce needs, and student success outcomes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary, but are not limited to: Develop and deliver instructional content focused on electrical power generation, maintenance, and repair, specifically on Caterpillar technology. Conduct classroom and lab sessions including demonstrations and hands-on training with heavy equipment. Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance. Collaborate with industry partners to ensure curriculum stays current with technological advancements and industry standards. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic performance. Participate in program assessment, accreditation, and continuous improvement efforts. Support student success through advising, mentoring, and career guidance.Requirements Qualifications:
