You'll be trusted to independently execute complex switching, grounding, testing, and troubleshooting activities while working with advanced electrical and digital control systems. How you'll make an impact Maintain and repair high‑voltage substation equipment Perform independent high‑voltage switching and grounding Conduct electrical testing to NETA standards Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues Operate and support digital control and power transfer systems Interpret one‑line diagrams, schematics, and wiring drawings Support commissioning, maintenance, and outage activities Champion safety and ensure compliance with NFPA 70E and site rules Your background 10+ years of hands‑on substation maintenance experience NETA Level II+ or NICET Level II+ certification
