Powersports Service Technician

You will work alongside our trained technicians to perform all maintenance and repairs on products sold by our dealership. Duties will consist of but not be limited to: Must be able to perform all levels of maintenance and repairs on Motorcycles, ATVs, Side by Sides, Snowmobiles, Dirtbikes, and Watercraft! Fully and properly conduct inspections on units before and after service is performed Document all work performed on each unit Perform State Motorcycle Inspections Must be able to work with minimal supervision and direction Required to operate in compliance with all health and safety policies and procedures Use proper testing equipment and procedures to ensure repairs and maintenance were effective Understand certain electronic systems in products sold by the dealership Must be a team player and work well with others Occasional deliveries with shop truck and trailer Using a tractor to move trailers around the lot Using a forklift to move snowmobiles around the lot Help with pressure washing and detailing vehicles, motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, and other machines if needed. Bring your 'A game' along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day Education High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of technician experience Licensed Motorcycle Technician or able/ willing to obtain inspection licence

Consistently positive attitude Willingness to work outside as needed in all weather Ability to lift 100 lbs Clean driving record Ability to safely and proficiently drive / backup a truck and trailer Ability to stay off cell phone Ability to self-motivate, prioritize tasks, and seek out next duties from management once tasks are complete Ability to work well with others Must be able to stand for long periods of time Ability to move large machines
