00 per hour (based on experience & skill level) DFW Redline Racers is seeking a skilled and motivated Motorcycle Technician to join our fast-growing dealership. We specialize in performance motorcycles, service, and custom builds. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in quality work and can operate efficiently in a team environment. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, coolant flushes, brake service) Tire mounting and balancing Diagnose and repair mechanical issues Perform engine tear-downs Replace fork seals Install fairing kits and aftermarket parts Assist with basic electrical diagnostics and repairs Maintain a clean and organized workspace Work closely with the service team to ensure timely job completion Requirements Minimum 2
  • years of mechanic experience (motorcycles)
  • understanding of mechanical systems Experience with diagnostics and troubleshooting Basic electrical knowledge Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Able to work in a fast-paced shop environment What We Offer Support from experienced technicians and a master technician on-site Opportunity to grow within a performance-focused dealership Consistent, full-time schedule Schedule Tuesday
