  • RideNow Lewisville RideNow Powersports is looking for driven and detail-oriented A/B-Level Service Technicians at all experience levels to join our growing team.
Not looking for a Master tech, but someone well-qualified with dealership experience or extensive time at an independent shop. Why Join RideNow?
Flexible pay structure:
$20

What You'll Do:
Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft depending on skill level Work with our experienced team to stay efficient, accurate, and safe Follow all OEM procedures using specialized tools and resources (provided by the facility) Keep customers riding safely and confidently by delivering quality work Stay current with training and certifications (paid for by us)
Requirements:
Who We're Looking For:
We're hiring A/B Level Techs —if you meet one or more of the criteria below, you could be a great fit: Graduated from MMI or similar program, or have real-world mechanical experience 1+ years working as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude and ready to learn OEM certifications and master tech experience (preferred but not required) Must own a basic set of mechanics tools (comprehensive set of tools preferred) Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record (required for test rides) Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
