Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Technician to join one of our reputable solar clients, who develop, own, and maintain their own sites. As a Solar Technician, you will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of solar panel systems. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of renewable energy and make a positive impact on the environment. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and inspections on solar panel systems, Diagnose and repair, troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions in the system Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations Keep accurate records of work performed
Experience:
2+ years of experience with O&M works on Utility-scale PV or BESS plants;
Must Have:
Substation Experience - switching orders and procedures; Experienced with locating and troubleshooting ground faults Experience with a megger, multi-meter and OSHA certifications Valid drivers license
