Travel as needed to support customer sites, including overnight travel. Maintain a professional field presence and protect Quest's reputation for quality service. Experience supporting OEM equipment. Experience working in regulated, quality-controlled, ISO, healthcare, or customer-site environments. Strong documentation habits. Military technical training or hands-on technical trade experience. Required Skills and Abilities FRU-level troubleshooting. Electro-mechanical repair. Wiring harness and connector troubleshooting. Sensitive electronic component handling. Diagnostic tool usage. Preventative maintenance and corrective repair. Field-based customer support. Technical documentation and service reporting. What We Are Looking For We are looking for a hands-on technician who can troubleshoot real equipment, use real tools, and work professionally at customer sites. The strongest candidates will have practical repair experience, strong troubleshooting instincts, and the ability to work independently without needing constant supervision. OEM-specific equipment can be trained; hands-on repair aptitude, reliability, customer presence, and willingness to travel cannot be optional. Benefits Quest International offers competitive pay, hands-on technical training, field service exposure, and the opportunity to build experience supporting medical and industrial equipment programs.
