Field Service Engineer II The role of a Field Service Engineer focuses on managing field service operations, including performing onsite installations, maintenance, and repairs of equipment. The position requires leveraging technical expertise to diagnose and resolve moderately complex issues effectively. Travel Requirements—70%. This role reports in to the Fort Collins, Colorado office when not in the field Estimated annual base pay: $65,000 (minimum) - $85,000 (midpoint) - $104,000 (maximum) All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity. 401(k) match (4.5%) Annual Woodward stock contribution (5%) Tuition reimbursement and Training/Professional Development opportunities for all members 12 paid holidays, including floating holidays. Perform Field Service Operations:
Conduct onsite installations, maintenance, and repairs of equipment using current technologies.
Diagnose and Resolve Technical Issues:
Analyze and solve moderately complex problems by evaluating multiple factors and applying technical expertise.

Build and sustain productive working relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
Provide Team Support:
