Immersed in launching its next-generation beverage platform into the US with a Pilot Launch into the Miami/ Fort Lauderdale area. We are seeking a Field Service & Operations Engineer to support appliance installations, commissioning, troubleshooting, service calls, and day-to-day operational support. You will serve as the primary field representative of us, ensuring appliances operate reliably and customers receive an exceptional experience. The role combines technical field service, customer interaction, inventory support, and operational execution. Activities will be coordinated from a locally-operated service hub for the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area, supporting customers within this defined geographic region. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role operating between Operations, Engineering, Customer Success and Supply Chain. Key Responsibilities 1. Installation & Commissioning Install our appliances at customer locations. Connect appliances to water and power in accordance with installation procedures. Perform commissioning checks and system validation. Verify appliance functionality after installation. Train customer personnel on basic operation and daily use. Document installation results. 2. Preventive Maintenance & Service Execute scheduled maintenance visits. Diagnose and resolve appliance issues in the field Translating field learnings back to our Product Team Replace worn or defective components or appliances Escalate complex technical issues to Engineering and Technical Support teams. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. 3. Operational Customer Support Conduct routine site visits to verify proper appliance operation. Monitor customer satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities. Act as internal point of contact linking operations with online customer input. Provide feedback from the field to Operations and Engineering teams. 4. Consumables & Inventory Support Deliver capsules, glassware, CO₂ cylinders, and other consumables from the local hub to customer locations. Assist in monitoring customer inventory levels and proactively replenish supplies. Maintain inventory accuracy within the local operations hub. Assist with receiving, storage, and organization of consumables and hardware. 5. Quality & Continuous Improvement Identify recurring field issues and improvement opportunities. Collect and report appliance performance data. Support field testing of product improvements and new consumables. Provide structured feedback to Engineering and Product teams. Contribute to the development of installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures. Required Qualifications Technical degree or vocational training in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, HVAC, Field Service, or a related discipline. 3-7 years of experience in field service, technical operations, equipment installation, or maintenance. Experience working with electromechanical systems. Basic understanding of plumbing, pressure systems, and fluid handling. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Customer-facing experience and professional communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage daily schedules. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region. Preferred Qualifications Experience servicing beverage, coffee, water, vending, or food-service equipment. Familiarity with CO₂ systems and pressure equipment. Basic knowledge of networking and connected devices. Startup or pilot-launch experience.
