Job Description
Turn-Key Medical currently has an opening for a Field Service Engineer (FSE) in the Idaho Falls area. As an FSE, you'll be responsible for the installation, repair, and general maintenance of life-changing medical imaging equipment in a health care like environment. This position is critical in Turn-Key Medical's pursuit of gaining, maintaining, and increasing the installation base and customer satisfaction with our products and services. We create the highest level of customer satisfaction by focusing on after-sales support using local Field Service Engineers that are responsive and dedicated, to provide outstanding on-site service support throughout our territory. We represent Canon, Carestream, Fuji Mammography, Ziehm, OrthoScan, QT Imaging, and NovaRad.
Minimum Position Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher in engineering or related field
- Willingness to travel and maintain flexible work schedule
- Willingness to attend specialized product training courses as required
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude reflecting company values
- Maintain a vehicle appropriate for designated service activity
- Maintain possession of a valid state drivers license
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The following activities highlight the general areas of responsibility for this position. Responsibilities may be adjusted to meet current business requirements. Perform scheduled and emergency repairs on customer equipment as needed Perform installation of diagnostic medical equipment: Perform PM inspections on customer owned equipment Perform Field Modifications to customer equipment as directed Understand and utilize proper applications of various types of diagnostic test equipment Shift and/or work necessary hours to meet expectation level of diagnostic medical equipment customers Work overtime as necessary Share rotating after hours on-call scheduleWorking Conditions/Additional Information:
The largest portion of time will be spent in hospital, clinic and other medical facilities. Applicant will be working with a wide range of medical professionals. Must be physically able to bend, climb, kneel, reach, sit, squat, stand and walk. Must be able to carry or lift up to 50 pounds routinely and on occasion up to 100 pounds. Product specific training is provided after the applicant has successfully completed the probationary period. Applicant may be asked to relocate within Turn-Key Medical's geographic area upon completion of training to better support our customer's needs. About Turn-Key Medical, Inc.
