You verify alignment and color, coach operators, and leave them confident and productive. Back at home base in Elgin, IL, you refurbish trade-in systems and keep our demo floor running flawlessly—until the next service mission calls. If you thrive on variety, problem-solving, and customer success, this is your next move. What you'll take on Install, repair, and maintain swissQprint UV flatbed and roll-to-roll printers across the U.S. (travel ~40%-75%) Plan and book your own travel; keep any points or rewards you earn Deliver remote hotline support when not traveling via phone, email, or TeamViewer Refurbish trade-in machines and maintain demo printers at our Elgin, IL office Partner with 2nd-level support and engineering in Switzerland to elevate product performance Handle essential service administration and reporting to keep processes humming Invest in continual learning to strengthen and maintain technical qualifications Where and how you'll work This full-time role is based in Elgin, IL. You'll travel regularly (approximately 40% to 75%). You will organize your own travel arrangements and may retain any earned travel points or benefits.
