Waygate Technologies Equipment:
Phoenix 2D & 3D CT X-ray Testing machine hardware and software products at Waygate and customer locations. Travel expected in excess of 70%. As a Jr. Field Service Engineer, after a rigorous Technical Training Program you will be responsible for: Maintain, repair, and install industrial x-ray systems and supporting peripheral equipment, such as: X-ray tubes, generators, coolers, scanners, stepper motors/controllers, power supplies, high voltage control circuits, motion control and high-end PC's. Providing customers with technical support via phone and onsite service Providing timely completion of standard service reports, invoicing packages, and other administrative requirements. Being responsible for driving customer satisfaction from commitment through quality service standards. Monitoring site safety during work scope execution. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will require: Possess a four-year technical degree in Electronics (BSEET, BSEE) or Mechanics (BSMET, BSME). The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Candidate must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example: verification of past employment, criminal history, driving record and educational background. Be able to travel up to 70% of the time for work Possess a valid driver's license and passport (or able to obtain a passport).
