services on analytical instruments (e.g., Agilent, Waters, Shimadzu) at various customer locations Diagnose and troubleshoot operational problems on the following lab equipment (and/or equipment of similar complexity): LC MS the primary focus of this position GC MS Related peripherals, e.g., headspace & autosampler Maintain relationship with customer Complete service report on each service ticket completion Train customers and other service representatives on maintenance tasks Participate in the growth of the region and company Identify business opportunities Perform a variety of tasks in relation to FSG objectives What You'll Need Service experience and knowledge of LC/MS
- Triple Quad and TOF strongly preferred Experience with GC, HPLC, Purge & Trap, TOC, & GC/MS desired Bachelor's degree in science (chemistry, analytical chemistry biochemistry, biotechnology or similar) or equivalent lab experience Knowledge of lab practices, standard concepts, and test procedures for analytical instruments MS office skills required Ability to lift 50 pounds, A valid Driver's License in good standing is mandatory Ability to train others Why CBRE?
