Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and reliable Field Service Engineers to support IT infrastructure and end-user environments on a dispatch-based contract for a period of 1 year . Technicians will receive service tickets and travel to customer sites to perform on-site IT support activities.
Responsibilities:
Respond to dispatched service tickets within the assigned region. Provide hands-on desktop and laptop support. Perform hardware installations, replacements, and troubleshooting. Support printers, network devices, and peripheral equipment. Conduct IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, and Dispose) activities. Assist with IT rollouts, migrations, and equipment refresh projects. Document work performed and update ticket status accurately. Ensure timely resolution of assigned service requests.
Required Skills:
Experience in Desktop Support, Field Services, or IT Support. Knowledge of Windows operating systems and hardware troubleshooting. Familiarity with networking basics and peripheral devices. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage dispatch assignments. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
