Company:
A growing medical imaging service provider is looking to expand its field engineering team. The company supports healthcare customers with installation, maintenance, repair, and technical support for diagnostic imaging systems, with strong investment in engineer training and development.
Role Overview:
This is a field service role supporting portable X-ray systems, with a preference for Carestream experience. You will carry out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and customer support while managing your own client relationships. The role offers strong autonomy, ongoing technical support, and the opportunity to receive further OEM training across additional modalities.
Key Requirements:
3+ years of field service experience within medical imaging or related equipment Experience with portable X-ray systems required Carestream experience or certification preferred, but other OEM portable experience will be considered Valid driver's license required Must have the right to work in the U.S., with no current or future sponsorship requirement

Confident working independently in a field-based role Strong customer-facing skills and ability to manage client relationships Proactive, reliable, and technically curious Motivated to develop through OEM training and learn new imaging modalities
