We are seeking an experienced CNC Field Service Technician to support a diverse range of manufacturing clients in the Northeast U.S., primarily focusing on Pennsylvania and New York. About the

Role:

In this dynamic field-based position, you will be the go-to expert installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining advanced CNC grinding and turning equipment. You'll partner directly with customers, providing crucial technical solutions for industry-leading European and Swiss machine tool brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, troubleshoot, and repair CNC grinding and turning machines at customer facilities. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, servo, spindle, and PLC-related issues. Conduct preventive maintenance, perform machine alignments, and ensure peak equipment performance. Interpret and work from electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Deliver clear, thorough service documentation and communication to customers. Travel extensively throughout the Northeast region (approximately 60-80% travel).

What We're Looking For:

At least 2 years of hands-on CNC troubleshooting and repair experience; experience with CNC grinding equipment is strongly preferred. Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills. Knowledge of PLC systems and CNC controls (Fanuc experience a plus). Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical schematics and drawings. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Self-motivation, ownership of your work, and a willingness to travel regularly. Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.

Education:

Associate degree in Electronic Technology, Machine Tool Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered. Why Apply?
