We are seeking a highly specialized Field Service Technician to be the front-line technical expert, ensuring peak performance for our complex automatic cam-operated turning machines across the U.S. This role requires a unique blend of electro-mechanical mastery and in-depth CAM process expertise. Expert Service & Repair:
Perform advanced diagnostic troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on multi-spindle CAM turning machines & CNC Grinder Machine Tools.Installation & Commissioning:
Full machine installations, commissioning, and validation at customer facilities nationwide.Customer Support:
Provide technical training and maintenance expertise to customer operators and personnel.location:
Cleveland, Ohio job type: Permanent salary: $80,000 - 90,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: No Degree Required responsibilities: Required Expertise (Non-Negotiable)Experience:
2-3+ years of direct Field Service or Maintenance experience working on automatic cam-operated machines or complex multi-spindle/turning equipment.CAM Process Mastery:
Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair issues related to cam timing, tooling, and operational processes on multi-spindle machines.Technical Aptitude:
Expertise in reading and interpreting mechanical assembly drawings and electrical schematics.Travel:
Must be willing to travel up to 75% nationally.Travel Perks:
