CNC Field Service Engineer /

Field Service Engineer Location:

Southern States of the US (Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana)

Base Salary:

$80,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Full-Time Job Description A leading manufacturer of high-precision CNC machine tools supporting the metal cutting industry and advanced manufacturing environments is seeking a CNC Field Service Engineer / Field Service Engineer to support distributors and end users across the Southern States of the US. CNC Field Service Engineer /

Field Service Engineer Responsibilities:

Travel throughout the Southern US to set up, service, and optimize a variety of CNC machine tools, including both 3-axis and 5-axis machining centers and CNC lathes. Manage on-site service activities by performing installations, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure maximum machine uptime. Investigate technical issues using detailed analysis, implement corrective actions, and communicate solutions and recommendations to the team. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to enhance machine performance, reduce recurring problems, and support continuous improvement initiatives. CNC Field Service Engineer /

Field Service Engineer Requirements:

Degree in an engineering discipline or machine tool technology is advantageous; however, we also welcome applications from candidates with relevant hands-on experience. Prior experience as a Field Service Engineer working with machine tools or similar CNC equipment. Strong understanding of CNC control systems, Fanuc or Siemens are preferred. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively across the Southern US to support distributors and end users.

Additional Information:

Field-based role supporting advanced CNC machine tools, machining centers and CNC lathes. Focus on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and machine uptime optimization. Territory covers the Southern States of the US including Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana.

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
