What You'll DoClient Advisory & Solution Design Lead discovery workshops with executive and operational stakeholders Perform business process reviews, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis Design scalable Business Central solutions aligned with business objectives Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications Business Central Implementation Leadership Lead full-cycle Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations Configure and optimize finance, manufacturing, warehousing, purchasing, inventory, sales, service, and project modules Manage testing, user acceptance, training, and go-live activities Support post-deployment optimization and continuous improvement initiatives Technical & Integration Oversight Design and support integrations with Microsoft and third-party applications Develop or oversee AL extensions, customizations, reports, and workflows Support data migration planning, execution, validation, and reconciliation Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues AI, Automation & Innovation Identify opportunities to automate business processes using: Power Automate Power Apps Microsoft Copilot AI-enabled workflows Help customers leverage Microsoft technologies beyond ERP to improve productivity and operational performance Pre-Sales & Strategic Consulting Participate in discovery calls and solution demonstrations Support estimates, statements of work, and project scoping Assist sales and leadership teams in developing winning proposals Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle Required ExperienceBusiness Central Expertise 7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central experience Experience across multiple Business Central versions, including NAV and modern cloud deployments Minimum 10 successful end-to-end implementations Strong understanding of: Finance Manufacturing Warehousing Purchasing Inventory Management Sales Jobs Service Management Functional & Technical Skills Requirements gathering and solution design Business process analysis Data migration and system integrations AL development and extension management Report and page customization API and integration architecture SQL and data analysis Consulting Experience Microsoft Partner or consulting firm background preferred Experience supporting multiple concurrent client engagements Strong customer-facing communication skills Ability to manage executive-level conversations Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications Power Platform experience Power Automate Power Apps Copilot Studio Azure Fundamentals AI and automation project experience Manufacturing industry expertise Experience with ERP rescue, optimization, or recovery projects What Success Looks Like You will be measured by outcomes, not activity.
