Key Responsibilities Installation & Training:

Perform professional installation of EDM machinery and provide basic operational training to customers.

Technical Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and repair both electronic and mechanical issues on-site.

Precision Testing:

Use specialized equipment including multimeters and oscilloscopes to analyze machine performance.

Client Relations:

Act as the primary point of contact for equipment malfunctions; communicate technical analysis and solutions clearly to both customers and internal management.

Travel:

Travel to customer and dealer facilities via car by air as needed (Up to 80 % or more)

Qualifications Required:

Education:

Associate's Degree in Electronics or equivalent professional experience.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in reading schematics and using test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes).

Soft Skills:

Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to integrity and ethics.

Adaptability:

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and remain calm under pressure in high-stakes manufacturing environments.

Aptitude:

Strong technical curiosity and a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Preferred:

Working knowledge of CAD/CAM systems . Familiarity with materials, tooling, and end mills.

52K~83K + Over Time +

Daily Allowance Location:

Southern California (Fully Remote Position)
