55828160 Job Description CTR Group is seeking a Field Service Engineer - Production Support in the Providence, RI area to work in a manufacturing plant environment. Local candidates preferred. Full-Time Night shift (3rd shift) - 10 days on / 4 days off

SALARY RANGE

$75K - $85K gross + supplements (10% standard / 20% overnight)

SUMMARY:

Industrial maintenance role on automated welding machines. Troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems + production support to ensure machine performance. Industry, heavy machinery, automation. Technical assistance, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

What you develop:

Providing production support to our client on Company-designed and manufactured welding machines. This includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing specialized mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and welding systems/components. It also involves following up with production associates to ensure the full efficiency of the machines.

What you bring:

2-5 yrs maintenance (industrial / machinery) Reads schematics & blueprints Strong electrical fundamentals Hands-on, autonomous, reactive Good communication (production environment) Nice to have: hydraulics (high pressure systems), welding knowledge.
