We provide comprehensive, hands-on training. If you love working with your hands, solving puzzles, and learning how things work, this is the perfect role for you. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on ATMs and amusement games. Diagnose and fix basic mechanical, electrical, and software issues. Load and test software, replace broken parts, and update components. Respond to service calls at various local venues and businesses. Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and machine status. Provide friendly and professional customer service to venue staff. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Basic comfort using hand tools like screwdrivers, drills, and wrenches. Strong troubleshooting skills and a desire to learn technical mechanics. Basic computer literacy for running machine diagnostics and software updates. Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle to travel between locations. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and bend, kneel, or stand for periods.
