Water Damage Technician Helper We are seeking a hardworking and reliable individual to join our restoration team as a Water Damage Technician Helper . If you enjoy hands-on work, learning new skills, and want an opportunity to build a long-term career, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Assist with water, fire, and sewage cleanup and restoration projects Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment Perform demolition of damaged materials as needed Help maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Load and unload equipment and materials Work alongside experienced technicians to restore homes and businesses after property damage

What We're Looking For:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and punctual Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding environments Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to work occasional after-hours and emergency response calls Leadership or team lead experience is preferred but not required

Experience:

Previous experience in restoration, construction, demolition, general labor, or a related field is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
