This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who works well under pressure, values craftsmanship, and understands the importance of customer care during stressful loss situations. Key Responsibilities Perform water extraction, structural drying, fire and smoke mitigation Set up, monitor, and remove restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers) Perform controlled demolition and removal of damaged materials Clean, sanitize, and restore structural materials and contents Take moisture readings using meters and thermal imaging tools Document job progress with photos and mobile job management software Maintain safe, organized, and professional job sites Communicate clearly with customers, adjusters, and team members Follow OSHA safety standards, PPE requirements, and company procedures Participate in on-call rotation for emergency response services Qualifications Experience in restoration, mitigation, construction, general labor, or skilled trades preferred Knowledge of water damage restoration, mold remediation, or fire damage cleanup a plus IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT) preferred or willingness to obtain Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in varied environments Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and emergency calls Why Join ServiceMaster Restore?
