We're looking for a Field Tech II to join our team. The
  • IT Field Technician
  • will provide onsite technical support for Lowe's, a national home improvement retail client. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on IT work, troubleshooting, and working in a fast-paced field environment. A company vehicle, fuel card, and necessary tools are provided.
  • Training:
  • Two weeks of onsite training provided alongside an experienced technician to ensure a smooth onboarding and full familiarity with routes and systems.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite support for IT equipment including POS systems, desktops, printers, thin clients, access points, and network devices Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues Perform installations, upgrades, and break/fix support Support copper and fiber cabling, including basic terminations Document all work, updates, and resolutions in ticketing systems Travel daily to provide onsite support at the following Lowe's locations (route-based travel): Enterprise AL | Dothan AL | N.
Dothan AL | Defuniak Springs FL | Panama City FL | Panama City Beach FL Work with remote teams to resolve escalated technical issues Occasionally work at heights (20-25 feet) and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of IT technical support or field technician experience CompTIA A+ (required), Network+ preferred Experience with Windows, macOS, or Linux environments Familiarity with networking fundamentals and IT hardware Experience with cabling (copper/fiber) is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license required
  • Wage Range:
  • The hourly rate for this position is between
  • $16.80 - $22.00 per hour
  • , unless the local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
