Lead Mitigation Technicians:
Report to the Mitigation Project Manager, attend daily meetings to determine the daily schedule, and complete assignments for the day Are responsible on the job site for demolition, setting drying equipment, and other assigned tasks Direct laborers in their daily tasks and document their hours worked to ensure they get paid Notify the Superintendent when all tasks on scope are complete for payment processing Stock work vehicles to ensure laborers are supplied for daily tasks Maintain a neat, clean job site following all OSHA requirements and Apex policies and procedures Please note, that if you are selected to be reviewed for the position, there are several steps in the pre-interview process.
