Field Service Supervisor Compensation:

Starting at $38.00/hour Employment type: Full time We are hiring field service supervisors that specialize in the fabrication, installation and maintenance of equipment including conveyors, crushers, ball mills, and other industrial equipment.

Requirements:

1. Oversee and maintain a safe, productive work environment for all employees. 2. Maintain quality control throughout all projects. 3. Ensure that projects are hitting milestones for project schedules and communicate to the project manager with updates. 4. Track paperwork and documentation to ensure these critical items are being completed daily. 5. Submit job reports, timecards, and monthly expense reports. 6. Provide assistance and guidance to Six Point employees to ensure a safe and productive work environment. 7. Work is performed around the clock so shifts could be days or nights depending on the job. Must be able to work both shifts. 8. Must be able to travel for various jobs. Hotels are company provided. Travel pay and per diem are also included on out-of-town jobs. 9. Be able to work 50+ hours/week. Including weekends as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Candidates must have at least 2 years of supervision and millwright/mechanical experience. 2. Proficient in equipment troubleshooting and repair. 3. Have a valid driver's license, transportation, and be able to pass a background check. 4. Previous MSHA training preferred.
