About the Role Join a fast-growing service team supporting mission-critical cooling systems for data centers and advanced industrial environments. You'll be hands-on with high-performance HVAC equipment, traveling to job sites, commissioning systems, and ensuring peak performance in the field. This is a high-impact, travel-intensive role with strong earning potential through overtime and travel. What You'll Do Rework & Completion:

Prepare and finalize units for field deployment, ensuring quality and readiness

Start-Up & Commissioning:

Perform electrical, mechanical, and controls verification (L2-L5)

Field Service:

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC and cooling systems on-site

Customer Support:

Represent the company in the field with strong communication and professionalism

Documentation:
