Duties Respond promptly to emergency calls involving fire, water, flood, mold, or asbestos-related incidents, ensuring rapid deployment of restoration services Perform water extraction, drying, demolition, cleaning, and mold remediation using specialized equipment and techniques Conduct detailed assessments of property damage and develop effective restoration plans using industry-standard tools such as Xactimate Operate company vehicles safely while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations during job site travel and transportation of equipment Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE), respiratory protection gear, and follow strict safety protocols during all restoration activities Perform cleaning tasks including carpet cleaning, debris removal, and surface sanitation to ensure thorough property restoration Assist with construction-related tasks such as minor repairs or rebuilds as needed during the restoration process Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including photos, reports, and logs for insurance claims and project tracking Skills Strong emergency response readiness with the ability to act quickly under pressure in high-stakes situations Proven experience in fire restoration, water damage restoration, flood recovery, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement processes Knowledge of the restoration industry standards and safety protocols to ensure compliance at all times Skilled in the use of hand tools, moisture meters, Xactimate estimating software, and other industry-specific equipment Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients during stressful situations Construction experience is a plus for minor repairs or rebuilds within restoration projects Ability to operate company vehicles responsibly while maintaining a clean driving record Familiarity with personal protective equipment (PPE), respiratory protection devices, and safety procedures for hazardous environments This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within the growing restoration industry while making a meaningful impact on our clients' lives.
