The Production Equipment Field Service Technician is responsible for responding to service calls for clients who need repair on their Konica Minolta Production office technology equipment. You will travel to the client location, diagnose the problem and make necessary repairs. You will also inspect the machine and perform the necessary routine and preventative maintenance and replace any parts that are nearing expiration. You will communicate the status of repairs to the client and order parts and schedule a return visit if it isn't possible to make the repair immediately. You will be provided with uniform shirts, a laptop, a smart phone allowance, and company vehicle and will be responsible for maintaining accurate car stock and inventory count. We offer a competitive rate between $23-27 per hour, which will be based on previous experience, plus a bonus program and a full benefits plan. This position is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. We offer full training and welcome candidates to apply from other industries or from technical training programs.
