This is a hands-on, customer-facing home services role focused on garage door diagnostics, repairs, service recommendations, and delivering a professional homeowner experience. No prior garage door experience is required. This opportunity includes paid training, ride-alongs, structured field processes, company-provided tools and technology, and supportive leadership to help you build both technical and consultative sales skills. Key Responsibilities Travel to scheduled residential service appointments throughout Orange County and surrounding areas. Diagnose garage door issues, including broken springs, cables, openers, damaged doors, and related service needs. Present solutions using a consultative good, better, best approach and close approved service opportunities. Complete garage door repairs, service work, payment collection, and required customer documentation. Provide a professional customer experience from arrival through completion of each appointment. Compensation and Benefits Direct hire, full-time position. Paid training program for up to 8 weeks. $25 per hour during training. After successful completion of training, compensation is 100% commission-based. Most successful technicians earn between $80,000 and $120,000 annually based on individual performance.
